Individualized Support at the Level You Need

Our services are designed to support different points in the career process. Some clients need help determining where to focus. Others need a stronger professional foundation or personal employer outreach. After you are hired, we can provide support as you transition into the new role.

We begin with Discovery & Direction so that the work that follows is grounded in a clear understanding of your goals and circumstances.

Discovery & Direction, Career Foundation, and Employer Outreach & Reverse Recruiting build on one another in sequence. Onboarding Support and Individual Sessions are available separately, whenever they fit your situation.

1

Discovery & Direction

$450

The starting point for working with Neurodivergent Career Partners.

Alan leads a focused strategic conversation about your background, strengths, interests, work and academic experience, career goals, and the environments in which you are most likely to do your best work.

Together, we identify the roles worth pursuing, the types of companies and teams that may be a good fit and working conditions to seek or avoid.

You receive a job search plan that becomes the foundation for any subsequent work.

Employer Outreach & Reverse Recruiting

$3,000 activation + $1,500/month

For clients who are ready to move beyond a self-directed search and have NDCP actively engage employers on their behalf.

This service requires completion of Career Foundation.

Alan and/or August identify companies and roles where there may be a strong fit, then initiate conversations with employers on the client's behalf. We introduce the candidate, communicate their strengths and value, and work to develop opportunities that may not otherwise be accessible. If the company requires a formal online application, the jobseeker will complete the submission.

The work continues beyond the initial introduction. When an employer expresses interest, we help the client prepare for the specific opportunity and can remain involved through interviews and the hiring process. This may include preparation for the company, role, and interviewers, as well as guidance around compensation.

Clients receive a weekly one-on-one update covering employers contacted, active conversations, opportunities being pursued, and next steps.

Includes

  • Identification of target companies and relevant roles
  • Research into hiring contacts, decision-makers, and other relevant people within the organization
  • Direct outreach to employers
  • Candidate introductions and advocacy
  • Weekly one-on-one progress meeting
  • Targeted preparation for specific opportunities
  • Employer interview accompaniment when useful
  • Coordination through the hiring process
  • Compensation review and negotiation support
  • Two hours of post-hire onboarding consultation

There is no guarantee of interviews, offers, employment, or employer response.

Additional Support

Available on their own, independent of where you are in the sequence above.

Onboarding Support

$150/hour | Four-hour minimum

Starting a new job creates a different set of challenges from finding one.

Onboarding Support provides practical assistance as you transition into a new position and learn how to navigate the workplace successfully.

Support may include manager communication, accommodation follow-through, workplace problem-solving, and structured 30/60/90-day check-ins.

For clients who use Employer Outreach & Reverse Recruiting, two hours of post-hire onboarding consultation are included. Additional onboarding support is available at $150 per hour, with a four-hour minimum.

Individual Sessions

$200/hour | Three-hour minimum

For clients who need focused support rather than a full engagement.

Individual sessions may be appropriate for a resume review, interview practice, LinkedIn strategy, or a specific career decision or planning conversation.

These sessions are also available to previous clients who need additional support after completing an engagement.

Additional Information

Our services are individualized, and the level of support depends on your goals and circumstances.

Outcomes are never guaranteed. Employment, interviews, offers, and employer response all depend on factors outside our control. What we provide is direct, human-to-human outreach, not automated scraping, bots, or mass applications.
